Brasserie Max's Saketini – Cocktail Guide

For something a little unexpected, sample this refined martini-inspired drink. This beverage is airy, scented and drinkable, and pairs nicely with a few chunks of parmesan.

Sake Martini

Makes a single portion

30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal

15ml Lillet Blanc – an aromatic French aperitif wine

15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally

Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and mix for half a minute until cold. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
