Trump's Granddaughter Receives Expert Tips from Golf Legend Woods Ahead of LPGA First Appearance

Emerging athlete preparing for major tournament

The rising star maintains substantial online presence

Kai Trump can count on numerous high-profile supporters when she begins her professional golf debut this Thursday.

This teenage golfer, who happens to be the granddaughter of a former US president, obtained a special exemption to compete at Florida's Annika event in the Sunshine State.

The former president, a passionate golfer, owns multiple golf courses and regularly competes against Kai.

"He's quite skilled. I shouldn't elaborate but we have some close matches," she mentioned.

Kai explained that her grandfather, who cannot attend, told her: "Just stay calm."

"My grandpa essentially advised me to go out there and relax," she continued.

"In my eyes, he's just a normal grandpa. He's not attending this weekend. He's occupied with world affairs, so he's somewhat preoccupied."

Being non-professional, Kai has played in a mere three competitions recently and has ranking 461 in AJGA standings.

Yet she can receive tips from Tiger Woods, in a relationship with her mother.

"He represents the top athlete globally," Kai stated.

"And he's a superior human being. He advised me to compete, have fun, following whatever happens."

She'll challenge multiple top competitors in professional golf at the Annika, including world number two the champion, England's golfer Hull, Lexi Thompson and 2023 champion Lilia Vu.

Officials commented that Kai's presence exposes the sport to wider groups, specifically reaching younger fans.

Kai has a massive following and recently launched a personal clothing and lifestyle company.

Her first tee time at 5:30 PM GMT.
